Jermann is an internationally recognised winery, and in 2016 was honoured as the world's best white wine representative from Italy. Its Chardonnay cuvée, produced since 1980, is grown on marl and sandstone soils and vinified to preserve maximum fruit and freshness, giving it a beautiful balance.

Color : Straw yellow with green highlights.

Nose : Pleasant nose of minerality with hints of green apples.

Mouth : Supple attack in the mouth, a round wine supported by a nice fresh structure. Good aromatic persistence.

Alcohol level : 13%

Winemaking : Aged on lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months.

Food pairing : Salviade (fritters with sage), Cjalsons (Ravioli with herbs and dried fruits).

Aging potential : 3 to 4 years.
