Carte Blanche is the champagne that defines the style of the House of Bauget-Jouette and has made its reputation. The combination of Chardonnay from Mancy and Sézannais with Pinot Meunier from the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay gives this champagne fruitiness, elegance and freshness.

Nose : Pleasant, fresh, with notes of apples and pears.
