A cuvée dominated by Pinot Noir with about 30% Chardonnay and completed by a hint of Pinot Meunier. The Brut Millésimé is a blend of grapes from the finest terroirs: Bouzy, Verzenay, Ay, Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger to name but a few.

Color : Straw gold with silver highlights.

Nose : White flowers, spicy touch.

Mouth : Frank and elegant attack, the bubble is persistent and fine. Fresh and floral finish.

Alcohol level : 12%

Winemaking : Aged in stainless steel vats and then put on laths for a minimum of 5 years.

Food pairing : Turbot with beurre blanc, truffle risotto.

Aging potential : 8 to 10 years
