Terra di Lavoro, Galardi: an Italian wine with character.

Terra di Lavoro, Galardi is a characterful red wine from the Campania wine region in south-west Italy. The Galardi estate was founded in 1991 near Sessa Aurunca in northern Campania. Here, at the foot of the Roccamonfina volcano, grow the grapes for the famous Terra di Lavoro. Thanks to its commitment to excellence and the difficulty of working these volcanic soils, the Galardi estate has forged a solid reputation. In just a few years, their Terra di Lavoro cuvée has become an emblematic red wine that perfectly reflects the identity of this wine-growing region, a wine that has won international acclaim.

Grape varieties and aromas of Terra di Lavoro, Galardi.

Terra di Lavoro, Galardi is a blend of two grape varieties native to the Campania region: Aglianico and Piedirosso. Together, these two grape varieties create a complex, harmonious wine with intense aromas of black fruit, spices, leather and tobacco, as well as a touch of minerality and earthiness typical of the region.
