A 100% natural aperitif drink, Le Stim' is a historical aperitif of the Morges region since it was born in 1860 thanks to two immigrants from Italy who decided to recreate here in Switzerland an aperitif that reminded them of their native country; Le Stimulant was born. For almost 100 years, this local drink achieved great fame before disappearing in the 1970s. Since 2021 and thanks to a few enthusiasts, Le Stim' has risen from its ashes.

Color : Ruby red with orange reflections.
Nose : Notes of orange peel, chocolate and roasted coffee.
Mouth : Balanced, fruity, with a nice bitterness.
Alcohol level : 17%
Winemaking : Maceration of cinchona peels, aromatic plants and fruits. The resulting product is then added with wine.
Food pairing : Vegetable pickles, tuna and citrus tartar, fruit salad.
Aging potential :
