Frappato is a rare and almost exclusive grape variety found mainly in the Vittoria region of south-eastern Sicily. Grown on red sandy soils, it produces wines that are both fresh and fruity.

Color : Ruby red with violet highlights.

Nose : Notes of roses and violets, with a touch of minerality.

Mouth : A light, fruity wine, with a fresh structure that gives it length on the finish.

Alcohol level : 12,5%

Winemaking : Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats.

Food pairing : Pasta alla Norma (tomatoes and aubergines), cold meats, fresh cheeses
