An incredible Chianti Bio is unanimously approved by oenologists in the recent "Gran Selezione" category!
"Gran Selezione" is the name given by the Chianti consortium to a new category of Chianti Classico.
The desire is to value the work done by producers in the region. This " appellation " can be obtained only by respecting two main conditions. The refinement in cellar (wood and bottle) must last at least of months and the grapes can only come from the domain or plot rented by the domain.
This rule now excludes all wine merchants who damage the appellation by buying inferior bulk wine for bottling. The terroir and its organic production gives this wine a dignified elegance of a Grand Tuscan!
