We have received some bottles for tasting, by appointment in our Vinothèque in Lonay (VD). You can participate in the tasting of these wines, among others, during the tasting "Des Vins de Chasse" on Thursday 23/09 and Friday 24/09 from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday 25/09 from 10:00 to 16:00. We invite you to reserve an appointment, alone or with friends, to taste these wines in the wine shop of Lonay by contacting us by e-mail or by phone.
Marco Casolanetti and Eleonora Rossi produce this wine from Grenache vines more than a century old. Originally, local farmers called this variety Bordo. After DNA analysis, it was found that these plants were Grenache, most probably from Sardinia. The vineyard is very small and consequently, the production amounts to only 600 to 700 bottles per year. An exclusive and unique wine.
