A tribute to Sergio Zenato for this wine, which is made up mainly of the autochthonous varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, represented by three swallows on the label.

Color : Purple red with ruby hues.

Nose : Notes of fresh cherries, coffee and sweet spices.

Mouth : A wine with strong tannins, aromas that are present on the palate and a touch of freshness to give the whole a sense of depth.

Alcohol level : 13.5%

Winemaking : Aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats and barrels.

Food pairing : Grilled prime rib, simmered meat in sauce, blue-veined cheeses.
