Lagone is a typical Super Tuscan blend that perfectly represents the estate, since the grapes come from the two geographical production areas of Aia Vecchia: Bolgheri and Grosseto.

Additional tasting notes

Color : Ruby red with purple hues.

Nose : Notes of cherry, vanilla and pepper.

Mouth : Full attack with notes of plums and ripe cherries. The tannins are assertive, supported by a good freshness. Intense and pleasant finish.

Alcohol level : 14.5%

Winemaking : Aged for 12 months in barrels.

Food pairing : Fillet of Cinta Senese (Pork) in a rosemary crust, chocolate dessert.

Aging potential : 6 to 8 years.
