Coming from a small plot of 2.8 ha, this elegant Brunello seduces with its controlled power and refined delicacy.

Color : Delicate and bright ruby red.


Nose : Exciting and subtle nose. First refined notes of ripe red berries and sweet spices (vanilla, chocolate), followed by notes of balsamic, tobacco and delicate dry herbs.


Mouth : The attack is delicious and reveals a round and intense palate, with a delicate body. Gradually revealing velvety notes of ripe berries, orange peel, sweet spices and precious woods.


Alcohol level : 14.5%


Winemaking : 36 months maturing in 25hl barrels of Slovenian oak.


Food pairing : Beef carpaccio with pesto and parmesan, Milanese osso bucco, lamb in herb crust, duck with oranges
