Nose
Frank, expressive and fresh. Aromas of wild berries (blueberry, juniper), black cherry and violet. Elegant structure, borrowed aromas of pink pepper and delicate ashy notes, announcing a delicate, crisp and refined wine of terroir.
Mouth
Fruity and precise attack. Chiselled palate, on crispy fruits and spices. The finish stretches on mineral notes that evoke certain volcanic origins. Tannins are light.
Winemaking
Picked by hand and selection made on sorting table then fermentation at 25 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, followed by a 12-month ageing in casks of 35hl.
