Long forgotten, this variety has been back in the spotlight for the last twenty years. Susumaniello is a typical Apulian grape variety which owes its name to its high productivity in its youth, with many bunches per vine.

Color : Deep red with purple hues.


Nose : Notes of blackcurrant, blackberries and spices.


Mouth : Fruity attack, the tannins are present and enveloped by a fruity and greedy touch. Persistent and balanced finish.


Alcohol level : 13,5%


Winemaking : Fermented and aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.


Food pairing : Grilled marinated meats, braciole alla pugliese.
