Grifola, Montepulciano from Marche.

Grifola is an Italian red wine from the Marche wine-growing region on the east coast of the Italian peninsula. Renowned for its quality wines, the Marche region is home to indigenous grape varieties with a strong identity. In red, Montepulciano is the grape variety that conveys this quality image and enhances the value of local viticulture.

San Lazzaro, producer of organic wines.

Located in the small town of Offida in the heart of the Piceno region, San Lazzaro continues to perpetuate local winegrowing traditions with a philosophy resolutely focused on respect for nature and biodiversity. As well as contributing to the enhancement of the terroirs, the estate stands out for the production of high-quality organic wines that respect both the soil and the indigenous grape varieties and their unique tastes.

For lovers of typical Italian wines.

Grifola de San Lazzaro is the perfect wine for lovers of typical Italian red wines. Grifola Montepulciano comes from soils composed mainly of clay and limestone, and shows character here, with rustic tannins underpinned by a fresh structure and aromatic complexity. Its flavour is reminiscent of pepper, aromatic herbs and blackberries. The work undertaken by Paolo and Elisabetta, both in the vineyards to obtain quality grapes and in the cellars during vinification, places this cuvée among the finest representatives of the Montepulciano grape variety.
