This cuvée is a blend of Greco and Pecorello, two Calabrian grape varieties that grow on hillside vineyards facing the Ionian Sea. The sea air brings freshness to a region bursting with sunshine.

Color : Pale yellow with green highlights.

Nose : Fresh and aromatic with notes of green apples.

Mouth : Fruity attack, the wine is fresh and thirst-quenching with good sapidity. Pleasant finish.

Alcohol level : 12.5%

Winemaking : Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats.

Food pairing : Stocco alla Mammolese, Zippuli with anchovies.
