On Thursday 15 May 2025, we are organising a vertical tasting of 6 vintages of Kurni (2007 - 2011 - 2013 - 2015 - 2018 - 2022) hosted by producer Marco Casolanetti. The tasting will be accompanied by a menu from the Eat Me restaurant. 

Venue: Eat-Me restaurant in Lausanne

Schedule :
- from 6.30 pm - welcome and aperitif
- 7.00 pm - Presentation of the vintages and the estate by Marco Casolanetti 
- 7.30 pm - The tasting will take the form of two series of 3 vintages, each accompanied by a selection of dishes (around 8 different courses).

Menu: The menu is currently being developed and will be based on the new menu to be announced and launched at the beginning of May.

Price per person: CHF 195 (tasting, meal, mineral and coffee). Please note that the normal price for this evening should be CHF 240.00 - As an alfavin.ch customer, you will benefit from this special price of CHF 195.00 for bookings made before 25 April.

Eat Me offers a selection of dishes inspired by international recipes on small plates. They are all ‘gourmet souvenirs’ gathered from travels around the world. From the most humble ‘street food’ to the most elaborate contemporary gastronomy, the menu has been created to take us on a journey to discover these flavours from elsewhere for the duration of a meal.

Cancellation: Refunds will only be possible if cancellation is made 72 hours in advance.

For each wine, we will also suggest some ideas of game dishes.
