With only 6,000 bottles produced, this grand cru is fascinating because it is powerful whilst being very elegant. It is composed of 70% of old vines of Monastrell, 15% Syrah and 15% Petit Verdot.
The fermentation and maceration take place in barrels of 900 litres (ROLL) mounted on a chassis with wheels. This equipment allows for regular and complete rotations of the barrels to manage the perfection of the maceration and extraction in the gentlest way. Then the wine is matured for a minimum of 24 months in new French oak barrels.
