The Martinet Bru is a gateway to discover and taste the wines of Priorat. The domain practises organic agriculture since 2008. It borders the DO Montsant, with a fresher climate and a typical Priorat schist terroir.
Color : Dark garnet red
Nose : Fruity and mineral, with hints of blackberry, orange and liquorice.
Mouth : Intense fruits (black fruits) with a very good freshness and very supple tannins.
Alcohol level : 14.5%
Winemaking : Fermentation in cement vats, followed by an ageing period of about 13 months in big and small oak barrels.
Food pairing : Lamb chops, charcuterie, ham on the bone
Aging potential : 5 to 8 years
