This wine of great complexity and strength is produced from old plants of Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon. A passage of 24-months in new barrels of French and American oak brings it the refinement necessary to deliver a magnificent complexity.

Color : dark purple red.


Nose : very complex with notes of toast, undergrowth, heather, mineral, blackcurrant and blackberry.


Mouth : opulent, tasty, rich, exciting and on the finish ... long.


Alcohol level : 15.5%


Winemaking : After a meticulous selection on the sorting table and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, it spends 24 months in new barrels of French and American oak.


Food pairing : A perfect pairing with red meat dishes, lamb and mature cheeses.
