This 100% Verdejo is made from old vines, the oldest of which date back to 1962. A blend of several plots, this wine reveals the full potential of the Rueda terroir and of this grape variety, whose presence has been attested to since the 11th century in this region.

Color : Straw yellow colour with green highlights.


Nose : Notes of lemon, tart apples and a hint of menthol.


Mouth : Fruity attack, fresh structure, persistent finish with a nice bitterness.


Alcohol level : 13%


Winemaking : Vinification in stainless steel, wood and concrete vats. Aged on lees for 4 months.
