Bovale Sardo is a local grape variety, rediscovered a few years ago and brought to the fore by a few producers. Often used in blends, it finds here its own expression and reveals its greed and character, without artifice.

Color : Ruby red with purple hues.

Nose : Pleasant, with notes of blackberries and aromatic herbs.

Mouth : A balanced wine. The attack is ample, the fruit present envelops the tannins, supported by a pleasantly fresh frame. The finish is crisp and fruity, with a hint of spice.

Alcohol level : 13,5%

Winemaking : Vinification in stainless steel vats, aged in cement vats.

Food pairing : Sardinian gnochetti, stewed lamb.
