Innovation, quality and diversity are the basic principles of Real Sitio de Ventosilla. This farm specialized in viticulture in the 90s. For a long time the grapes were sold to Pesquera and Protos.
The economic boom of Ribera del Duero changed the mind of the owner. On the best situated land the vines took the place of cereals, and in 1996 he vinified his first Prado Rey.
To date, 520 hectares of the estate have been transformed into vineyards. The many prizes and awards of Real Sitio wines are the fruit of the pioneering spirit, perseverance and passion that characterize this estate.
