A member of the prestigious “Primum Familiae Vini” association, which brings together the 12 best producers in the world, Antinori is one of the largest and most prestigious wineries in Italy, founded in 1385.Over the course of the long history of this legendary Italian company spanning 26 generations, the Antinori family has always run the company itself, continually experimenting with new methods of winemaking and fermentation. Between innovation and respect for traditions and the land, Antinori is currently under the direction of the marquis Piero Antinori, assisted by his three daughters Albiera, Allegra and Alessia.

In the image of the wonderful wines that are the legendary Solaia and Tignanello, Antinori produces high-quality, elegant and complex wines which frequently stand out by winning the most prestigious awards across the world.Antinori’s production of red wines has historically been concentrated in the region of Tuscany (Chianti Classico), where the winery owns three properties: Santa Cristina (Solaia and Tignanello), Pèppoli and Badia a Passignano, for a total of 1526 acres of vineyards. The Tenuta Tignanello, which produces the famous Solaia and Tignanello, is located on the property of Santa Cristina. Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico appellation between the two villages of Montefiridolfi and Santa Maria a Macerata, 30 kilometres away from Florence, the vineyard extends over 313 acres, of which 25 are used for the production of Solaia.

Although mainly concentrated in Tuscany and Umbria (Castello della Sala), Antinori also owns several other estates in Italy, the United States, Hungary, Chile, and Malta.
