A confidential wine with a confidential grape variety. Cartoixa, also known as Xarel Lo, is a little-planted grape variety found particularly in Catalonia. Venus Blanc is the result of a collaborative effort between Sara Perez and her husband René Barbier Junior. This is a very pure, racy wine that can be enjoyed young, but with the right backbone to last for years.

Color : Yellow colour with golden highlights.

Nose : Citrus and mineral notes.

Mouth : Round in the mouth, balanced, with a mineral touch on the finish.

Alcohol level : 13%

Winemaking : Skin maceration, aged in barrels and amphorae.

Food pairing : Grilled fish, white meats. Strong cheeses.
