The oenologist advisor is Marco Casolanetti, producer of the legendary Kurni. This wine is produced with organic grapes, lightly wilted on the vines.

Color : Golden yellow straw


Nose : Intense, complex  and seductive, aromas of popcorn, smooth, buttered toast with floral notes and a touch of mint.


Mouth : Smooth texture and very drinkable, nice refreshing acidity that evokes exotic fruits, offset by perfectly integrated wood and a long lasting flavour.


Alcohol level :  14.5%


Winemaking : The fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 18° is followed by the lees stirred back into the wine for 4 months, then passing in barrel for around 4 months.


Food pairing : Antipasti, starters, foie gras, seafood risotto or spaghetti, seafood platter, lobster and hard cheese
