Color : Dark purple red.


Nose : Black cherry, plums, liquorice, hint of leather, dried fruits, chocolate.


Mouth : Powerful, round, voluptuous, fresh, round tannins, endless lingering flavour.


Alcohol level : 14.5%


Winemaking : In stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months aging in barrels


Food pairing : Grilled red meats, game, saddle of venison, guinea fowl with balsamic, Chinese food (sweet and sour), full-bodied and powerful cheeses
