Colour : Intense garnet red.


Nose : Powerful, smells of very ripe red fruit, berries and prune liquor.


Palate : Warm, full, velvety. Tannic finish on red fruits. Nice long lasting flavour.


Classification alfavin.ch : Structured red : Balanced, well structured, robust, pleasant and harmonious. A wine that pleases everyone.


Alcool : 14.5%


Vinification : 10% in new barrels and 90 % in steel barrels.


Meals : Grilled meat, lamb brochettes, lasagnes, pasta with tasty sauce, charcuterie, mature cheese.
