Clandestino, a confidential and very exclusive cuvée for wine lovers. This 100% Sangiovese is a tribute to this region, an expression of the terroir where Sangiovese shows its full potential. A unique wine, off the beaten track, for sure.
With a limited production, it must be tasted to discover its "Clandestino" nature.

Additional tasting notes

Color : Garnet red, with tile-like hues.

Nose : Open, with notes of wild herbs, toast and leather.

Mouth : Supple attack, the wine presents numerous, fleshy and enveloping tannins. The finish is persistent, with a strong body and a nice freshness.

Alcohol level : 14,5%

Winemaking : 24 months in large Slavonian oak vats.

Food pairing : Vincigrassi, porchetta, aged pecorino.

Aging potential : 8 to 10 years
