Nose : Very intense, with floral, honey, vanilla and noble wood notes.


Mouth : Ample and sweet, with a superb balance between sweetness and acidity and a long persistence of taste.


Alcohol level : 14%


Winemaking : The grapes are air dried for 4 months. After vinification, the wine is matured in barrels (1/3 new and 2/3 second passage).


Food pairing : Ripened cheeses such as Asiago, or highly flavoured ones such as blue cheeses.
