Color : intense garnet red.


Nose : delicate aromas of spices, dominated by strong minerals and reminders of cherry, rose and liquorice.


Mouth : tannins growing in strength, fresh and persistent.


Alcohol level : 13.5%


Winemaking : In stainless steel tanks for 15 days at controlled temperatures. 3 years aging in oak casks, with a low percentage in small oak barrels. The refinement ends after 8 months in bottle.


Food pairing : Red meat, game and cheeses.
