Raboso is a grape variety from Veneto and Friuli. A very old variety, very resistant as it managed to overcome the phylloxera period at the end of the 19th century.
Color : Intense ruby red.
Nose : Intense with hints of Marasca cherries and wild berries.
Mouth : A nice freshness, developing spicy and vanilla notes
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : Ageing of minimum 3 years, including at least 2years in barrels
Food pairing : Duck with orange, braised beef, hard cheeses
Aging potential : 10 to 15 years
