Nose : Beautiful intensity and pleasant with aromas of red fruits (currant and cherry) and liquorice
Mouth : Ample, fruity, pleasant acidity and fine tannins
Alcohol level : 14%
Winemaking : The aging lasts between 18 and 24 months in oak barrels.
Food pairing : Red and white meats, beef braised with Barolo, risotto and tagliatelle with truffle, full bodied cheeses.
