This wine is produced with a grape variety called Bordo, found in the region of Les Marches. After carrying out a DNA analysis, it has been found that the Bordo is a variant of the "Grenache" grape variety.
The advisory oenologist to develop this wine is Marco Casolanetti, producer of the mythical Kurni

Color : Light ruby red.
Nose : Complex, elegant, floral with notes of Mediterranean herbs and vanilla.
Mouth : Frank and ample attack, fruity with a good mass of tannins and a nice finish.
Alcohol level : 14.5%
Winemaking : Fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 25 ° followed by maturation in French oak barrels of about 16 months finalised by aging of 6 months in bottle.
Food pairing : Salmon pasta, rabbit with olives, saltimbocca.
