This wine is produced in the peninsula of Capo Milazzo near the Lipari Islands. In this idyllic setting, the vineyard is literally surrounded by the sea.

Color : Deep garnet red with purplish red highlights


Nose : Frank, expressive and fresh. Aromas of wild berries (blueberry, juniper), black cherry and violet. Elegant structure, borrowed aromas of pink pepper and delicate ashy notes, announcing a delicate, crisp and refined wine of terroir.


Mouth : Fruity and precise attack. Chiselled palate, on crispy fruits and spices. The finish stretches on mineral notes that evoke certain volcanic origins. Tannins are light.


Alcohol level : 13.5%


Winemaking : Picked by hand and selection made on sorting table then fermentation at 25 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, followed by a 12-month ageing in casks of 35hl.


Food pairing :  Dried meats, homemade antipasti, veal tartare, artichoke risotto or seafood
