Soft and spicy wine, with intense and fruity aromas. This wine is dedicated to Silvana Pieri, mother of the current owner Clara Monaci.

Color : Intense ruby red.
Nose : Intense and charming notes of black fruit (blackberry, blueberry, cherry) and spices (vanilla, pepper), underlined by a hint of fresh herbs.
Mouth : The attack is smooth, followed by fruity and spicy aromas intermingled in a velvety and intense mouth, with a succulent foundation. The finish is luscious, on the black cherry stone, and the tannins are flavoursome.
Alcohol level : 14.5%
Winemaking : 12 months maturing in 500 litre Slovenian oak barrels.
Food pairing : Duck breasts with cherries, oriental lamb, beef with carrots and spices
Aging potential : 6 to 8 Years
