Avec une exposition sud, sud-est, le vignoble est positionné face à un paysage unique à Perno, dans le district de Monforte d’Alba. Le sol, composé de sable et d’argile, est formé de couches compactes de marne grise et de grès.

Nose : Elegant on floral, fruity (raspberry, blackcurrant) and spicy notes.
Mouth : Ample and round with integrated and pleasant tannic structure.
Alcohol level : 14.5%
Winemaking : Fermentation lasts between 15 and 20 days. It is followed by a 36-month refinement in medium-sized Slovenian oak barrels, which brings great elegance to this typical Barolo wine.
Food pairing : Red and white meat, beef braised in Barolo, risotto and tagliatelle with truffles, cheeses.
