Color : intense ruby red with purple reflections.


Nose : powerful with expansive bouquet of aromas of jam, red fruit and liquorice.


Mouth : full bodied but velvety, roasted, full and round. Long lingering flavour.


Alcohol level : 14%


Winemaking : The harvest takes place in early October. The vinification begins with maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for a period of 10-15 days. Aging lasts 12 months in oak casks, followed by 6 months in bottle.
