Oro di Emera Primitivo di Manduria: the excellence of Puglia.

In the south, near the town of Taranto, the Tenute di Emera produces one of the most aromatic wines of the Puglia wine region. This geographical area, surrounded by the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Ionian Sea to the west, enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers, refreshed by sea breezes. Oro di Emera is a wine whose vines are over 60 years old and offer small yields per square metre with around 600 grams. The limestone soil, which gives it all the freshness needed in a region flooded with sunshine, allows this wine to achieve a natural balance, a sign of great wines.

Tenute di Eméra: A passionate producer

A family business founded by Claudio Quarta, it has quickly made its mark on the Apulian wine scene. Its wine philosophy, which is part of a more global vision of respect for nature and eco-responsibility, is to enhance the value of the terroirs thanks to the indigenous grape varieties. Primitivo, an emblematic grape variety originating from Croatia, finds here its favourite land, which enhances it with its intense and complex aromas.

Oro di Emera, the charm and elegance of Primitivo.

Tenute di Emera carefully produces this exceptional wine every year, which has often been awarded a prize in Gambero Rosso, the famous Italian wine guide. Each year, the same feeling comes over us when we taste this wine: an exalted happiness where the scents of fresh blackberries, liquorice and tobacco leaves intermingle. A round Primitivo wine in the mouth where the coated tannins take on volume, supported by a fresh structure that gives relief to the whole. Oro di Emera, an elegant wine, a gastronomic wine that will please both amateurs and the most demanding palates.
