Amarone is made from the passage of grapes on trays for 4 months sheltered from wind and rain. During this time, the water contained in the berries evaporates and only the natural substance of grapes with increased concentration remains. After pressing and fermentation, the wine is filtered for 2 years in small and large oak barrels in order to wait for its uncontested type. Il Bosco is the name of the name of the parcel where it is made, produced only in exceptional years.
