This crossing of 2 grape varieties was created in the 1930s by Prof. Manzoni from the Conegliano School of Enology (Veneto). It is obtained by the crossing of Pinot Blanc and Riesling.

Additional tasting notes

Color :  intense straw yellow.

Nose :  aromas of ripe fruit, peach, pineapple and exotic fruits. It also presents spicy and sage notes.

Mouth :  ample, a nice freshness and a good length on the palate

Alcohol level :  13.0%

Winemaking :  Stainless steel.

Food pairing :  Seafood risotto, smoked salmon, charcuterie

Aging potential :  < 5 Years.
