In 2005, the first Amarone «Ca’Coato» was produced with grapes from their plot located in San Vito near Negrar.
It is produced with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. Each cluster is selected and hand-picked in the «Ca ‘Coato» vineyard located in the Classic area of the city of Negrar. The terroir is limestone type. Each year 5,000 to 6,000 bottles are produced.
