On clay soil, the vineyard is located up to 600 metres above sea level, facing south, south / west. The manual harvest takes place the last week of October.

The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and maceration lasts about 13 to 14 days.

Color : Intense ruby with purple highlights.


Nose : Rich, complex bouquet, scents of ripe red fruits, spices (clove) and cocoa.


Mouth : Good structure, balanced, dominance of red fruit, tannins are supple and elegant, long lasting flavour.
