Amarone is produced from grapes traditionally dried on straw mats for about four months away from the wind and rain.

Meanwhile, the water evaporates in the berry and only natural substances of grapes remains with a high concentration. After pressing and fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels to reach its uncontested typicity.

Aromas of Vistula cherries, cedar wood and delicate hints of caramel. Drinkable wine with great potential. Long finish and rich. A wine to keep, but also to be savoured now.
