Within an area of chalky clay, the vineyard is at 350 metres above sea level, facing south, south/west. The manual harvesting takes place the first 2 weeks of November and gives a yield of 700 gr. per m2. After a rigorous selection of grapes, the fermentation is at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. The maceration lasts around 14-21 days. The ageing lasts around 36 months in new French oak casks. Maturing 12 to 24 months in bottle.

Nose : Rich, complex bouquet, aromas of cherries, violet.


Mouth : Great structure, balanced, a dominance of small red fruit, spices and chocolate, the tannins are subtle and of great finesse, unending lasting flavour.


Alcohol level : 15%


Winemaking : The ageing lasts about 36 months in new French oaks casks. Maturing 12 to 24 months in bottle.
