Made from the local Nero d'Avola grape variety, Neré is a wine that shows the full potential of the Sicilian terroir located in front of the Ionian Sea in the east of the island. The limestone-rich soils and the proximity to the sea give this wine a unique character.

Color : Ruby red.

Nose : Floral, chocolate and raspberry notes.

Mouth : Fruity and round on the palate with elegant tannins. Persistent finish with a hint of saltiness.

Alcohol level : 14,5%

Winemaking : Fermentation and maceration for 15 days, aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Food pairing : Linguine with cuttlefish ink, Caponata.
