Made from a single parcel, this Barolo is only produced in the best years. Sorano is an area north of Serralunga d'Alba, facing the village of Castiglione Falleto to the west.

Color : Garnet red.


Nose : Nose of dried flowers and truffles, notes of leather and tobacco.


Mouth : A well-balanced wine, the tannins are coated and supported by a good fresh frame. Long aromatic persistence.


Alcohol level : 14.5%


Winemaking : Long fermentation of 40 days. Aged in 500 litre barrels and 10 to 50 litre wooden vats.


Food pairing : Roasted fattened chicken, baked duck breast and truffle juice.
