This wine is produced in the formula of the oldest and most classic Barolo. The grapes are harvested from different properties in the area which give this wine all the characteristics of different areas of Barolo.
Maceration on the skins takes place during 20 days at high enough temperatures. The aging lasts more than 3 years in small oak barrels and oak casks from France. About 30% in small oak barrels and 70% in casks of different capacities, from 20 to 50 hectolitres
This Barolo is classic, with body, elegant, structured, harmonious, soft tannins, austere but ready. Very long life.
