The vineyard of Turriga enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters, hot and windy summers with low rainfall This wine is a must for great Italian wines. For many years it obtains the maximum score in Gambero Rosso.

The manual harvest takes place at dawn. After a rigorous selection of grapes, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-32°C. Maceration lasts about 16-18 days with good use of the technique of racking. Ageing lasts 18 to 24 months in new French small oak barrels. Refining 12 to 24 months in bottle.
